The Arizona Cardinals selected Kirk (5-11, 200) in the second round (No. 47 overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft out of Texas A&M. He spent his first four NFL seasons in Arizona before signing with the Jacksonville Jaguars as a free agent in 2022. After three seasons in Jacksonville, Kirk was traded to the Houston Texans in March 2025.

During the 2025 season with Houston, Kirk appeared in 13 games with three starts, recording 28 receptions for 239 yards (8.5 yards per catch) and one receiving touchdown. He made a bigger impact during the postseason, adding 10 receptions for 164 yards and two touchdowns across two playoff games.

Kirk’s most productive season came in 2022 with Jacksonville, when he posted career highs with 84 receptions for 1,108 yards and eight touchdowns.

Over eight NFL seasons, Kirk has appeared in 106 games, totaling 432 receptions for 5,415 yards and 30 touchdowns. He has also contributed 22 rushing attempts for 159 yards and returned 57 punts for 382 yards. Kirk was named to the Pro Football Writers of America All-Rookie Team following his debut season in 2018.
