Gleb Vashkevich had a true Hollywood moment during his visit to Los Angeles.

The Chicago resident, a dance teacher and model who regularly visits LA, had just finished a dance class when he decided to call some friends Sunday night for an In-N-Out Burger run. He was waiting in line at the packed Hollywood restaurant when he heard screams and the sounds of cameras going off.

An only-in-Hollywood moment was playing out in front of him.

“I turned my head to the left, and Michael B. Jordan’s literally standing right next to me,” Vashkevich said. “Like he’s literally ordering a burger, like, right next to me. Like, right here. My jaw dropped…. I’m like, wait, can it be real? What is going on here?”

Jordan, Oscar statuette in hand, stopped by the restaurant just steps from the Dolby Theatre after winning Best Actor at the Academy Awards. The Oscar for his role in “Sinners” was Jordan’s first.

After receiving the best actor Academy Award on Sunday for playing twin brothers in “Sinners,” Michael B. Jordan celebrated with a burger at a Hollywood In-N-Out.

Videos posted online, including one from a star-struck Vashkevich, show Jordan smiling, ordering, signing autographs, shaking hands and taking a seat in a booth as stunned customers gathered around the 39-year-old actor.

Vashkevich said the restaurant was packed with people trying to get a shot of Jordan, who seemed to be taking it all in.

“This is just such a cool moment,” Vashevich said. “I can’t imagine how it feels to get your first Oscar ever… but he’s just so chill when thousands of people are surrounding you. They’re taking pictures, you’re still are able to make jokes with them. He’s just a great person.”

Jordan beat out Timothée Chalamet (“Marty Supreme”), Leonardo DiCaprio (“One Battle After Another”), Ethan Hawke (“Blue Moon”) and Wagner Moura (“The Secret Agent”) for Best Actor. “Sinners” won three other Academy Awards, including best original screenplay, best cinematography and best original score.

Jordan plays brothers Smoke and Stack in the vampire horror flick.

In-N-Out Burger has long been a popular stop for celebrities after the Academy Awards. Famous post-show visits in recent years include Hilary Swank, Julie Roberts and Jamie Lee Curtis.”

The hamburger chain’s history in Southern California dates to 1948, when the first stand opened in Baldwin Park.
