March Madness Sacramento will bring some of the best teams in women’s college basketball to Golden 1 Center as the NCAA Division I Women’s Tournament regional rounds arrive in Northern California.

Sacramento will host the Sweet 16 and Elite Eight from March 27–30, with eight teams advancing to compete for a spot in the Final Four.

The regional rounds feature teams that advance through the first two rounds of the tournament. Among the top programs in the Sacramento region are several nationally ranked teams, including UCLA, Vanderbilt, Duke, and Ohio State on one side of the bracket, along with Texas, Iowa, Oklahoma, and Michigan State on the other side.
