The Community and Economic Development Department of Fullerton will hold a virtual public hearing regarding a Minor Exception request for a property located at 309 North Wanda Place. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Participants can join remotely via computer, smart device, or telephone to make public comments.
The request pertains to an exception to the front yard building setback requirement for a proposed addition to the dwelling in the R-1-7.2 (Single-Family Residential) zone. This project is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements.
