The Community and Economic Development Department of Fullerton will hold a virtual public hearing regarding a Minor Exception request for a property located at 309 North Wanda Place. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Participants can join remotely via computer, smart device, or telephone to make public comments.
The request pertains to an exception to the front yard building setback requirement for a proposed addition to the dwelling in the R-1-7.2 (Single-Family Residential) zone. This project is categorically exempt from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements.
Details about the project and instructions for public participation will be available on the City’s website 72 hours before the hearing at http://www.cityoffullerton.com/zoningadministratormeetings.
