Comedy Gives Back, the safety net of the comedy community, presents Alt Comedy All-Stars 2026 featuring a stellar line-up of comedy legends getting together for a one-night benefit on April 22 at The Montálban Theatre. The evening will feature Bob Odenkirk and the cast of “Mr. Show,” Patton Oswalt, Mary Lynn Rajskub, Laura Kightlinger and special guests to be announced.
Forty-five VIP ticket holders will receive reserved seating in the first two rows of the theater, access to the red carpet, early express entry into the venue and a complimentary drink ticket.
“As a proud member of the comedy community, I want to support comedians in need. I’m honored to be a part of the third annual Alt Comedy All-Stars and lend my support to Comedy Gives Back,” Odenkirk said.
“Comedy Gives Back does incredible work supporting comedians when they need it most,” Rajskub said. “I’m proud to lend my voice, and a few jokes, to a night that’s all about showing up for the comedy community.”
“Stand-up is this weird, wonderful path where each generation learns from the ones who came before,” Oswalt said. “You grind it out in clubs, you bomb, you get better, and somewhere along the way a community forms. Events like Alt Comedy All-Stars remind us that we’re all part of the same ecosystem, and supporting Comedy Gives Back means helping that ecosystem survive.”
“Behind every punchline is a person. This benefit showcases incredible talent while reinforcing our core mission – ensuring that no comedian faces hardship alone. When co-founding Comedy Gives Back, we always had the vision of comedians helping comedians, and this event is that idea put into action. It is a chance to turn laughter into tangible help for members of our community who need it most,” Comedy Gives Back co-founders Amber J Lawson, Zoe Friedman and Jodi Lieberman said.
All proceeds from ticket sales go to Comedy Gives Back to continue its mission of providing financial crisis relief, mental health therapy, chemical dependency treatment sponsorship and community support for stand-up comedians.
