Anibal Hernandez-Santana faces multiple charges, including shooting into the ABC10 building, according to prosecutors.

SACRAMENTO, Calif — A man accused of shooting into the ABC10 building was arraigned earlier this week on an amended, consolidated complaint, according to the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office.

Anibal Hernandez-Santana faces multiple charges in connection with the Sept. 15 shooting at the ABC10 building. Prosecutors previously said he fired three shots into the building.

He is also charged with firing into an unoccupied business on 3rd Street near the ABC10 building, which investigators identified during the case.

According to the district attorney’s office, the charges include:

Shooting into the ABC10 buildingAssaulting a visitor in the business lobby during the shootingNegligently discharging a firearm outside another nearby building before approaching ABC10

Prosecutors said Hernandez-Santana also faces a separate charge for discharging a firearm into an empty office building near ABC10 the night before the shooting.

Hernandez-Santana remains held without bail. His next court date is scheduled for April 23 at 1:30 p.m.
