Two of the most recognizable reality television restaurants in West Hollywood landscape are officially on the market, as TomTom and PUMP have been listed for sale by their owners.
Urbanlime Real Estate and Zacuto Group are spearheading the offering, which presents an “exceptionally rare opportunity to acquire the business assets of TomTom and PUMP, two globally recognized hospitality brands located in the heart of West Hollywood.”
The sale includes all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), social media platforms, and proprietary operational systems, providing a turnkey transition for a new owner.
Both restaurants gained international fame through more than a decade of prominence on Bravo’s Vanderpump Rules. According to the listing agents, the brands reached over 14.6 million viewers in recent seasons and maintain a robust digital presence with a combined social media following exceeding 700,000.
The offering includes a “coveted Type 47 liquor license” and favorable lease terms that feature multiple extension options. Both brands and the restaurant itself are located in the prime area Santa Monica Boulevard in the walkable Rainbow District.
Urbanlime’s Instagram announcement notes that “Opportunities of this scale, visibility, and brand recognition are exceedingly rare in the Los Angeles market.”
Lisa Vanderpump,Tom Sandoval, and Tom Schwartz’s social media profiles have not been updated with the news, so none of them have commented publicly on the sale as of yet. The two Toms only had a minority stake in Tom Tom, about five percent, that they borrowed against to fund their ill starred Franklin Village venture, Schwartz and Sandy’s, which closed in December 2024.
Sur Restaurant and Lounge is still owned by Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd and was featured as the backdrop to the revamped twelveth season of Vanderpump Rules with a new cast. Vanderpump and Todd have branched out with three restaurants in Las Vegas and Wolf by Vanderpump in Lake Tahoe.
