BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Bakersfield police are asking for help identifying a suspect connected to a burglary and assault with a deadly weapon in early January at a South Union Avenue apartment complex.
The incident happened on Jan. 9, 2026, at around 1:30 p.m. at the Green Gardens apartment complex, located at 2300 S. Union Avenue.
The suspect is described as 5’6″ to 6″ tall, with a medium build, with a black full beard. He was last seen wearing a black baseball-style cap, a black hooded sweatshirt under a grey t-shirt and blue jeans.
