Santa Ana-based Think Together, a provider of after-school programs for underserved kids in the state, has changed its name to Think Education.

Under the new moniker, Chief Executive Randy Barth says the nonprofit is expanding its platform beyond after-school programming and investing in educator development and AI-driven initiatives.

Barth added that the change reflects the organization’s “growing suite of services” from the last decade, such as Orenda Education for school improvement and Think TalentEd for district staffing services.

While continuing to expand its after-school programs and partnerships, Think Education will also launch two new divisions: Think Transcend, to develop more leaders in public education, and Think Digital, which provides AI tools for district administrators.

“Think Education created the opportunity to have this parent brand that holds these different strategies,” Barth told the Business Journal.

Think Education, established in 1997, works with over 70 school districts across California. In 2025, the group was ranked as Orange County’s second largest nonprofit with 12-month OC revenue of $244.5 million.
