A new café and cocktail bar just landed in Venice!

Founded by a husband and wife and inspired by the café culture of Roma Norte in Mexico City, ¡Salud! is bringing some fresh energy to Los Angeles.

“With ¡Salud!, we wanted a space that feels like home,” said founders Richard and Celia Sanchez Lara in a statement. “We had a vision of creating a gathering place that offers everything we love to experience ourselves – specialty coffee, great food, elevated cocktails – in a setting that is down to earth and has great energy. Every detail, from the menu to the music, was intentionally designed to foster warmth, connection and a sense of belonging.”

¡Salud! will serve craft coffee and Latin-inspired breakfast by day, then transform into an intimate cocktail bar by night with tapas, DJ sets, and more.

Executive Chef Dario Pantoja is overseeing the menu, and the coffee is in collaboration with Compelling Coffee Roasters.
