Both San Jose and Soneja will report to executive creative director Bia Fernandez, supporting DDB MNL’s emphasis on producing work that combines creativity with measurable business impact.

On the other hand, Soneja has 14 years of experience in creative advertising, specialising in transforming ideas into campaigns that generate both recognition and business results. As a creative director at DDB MNL, she aims to produce campaigns that combine effectiveness, award potential, and social impact.
