Two robbers remain at large after an early morning home invasion Saturday in a Bay Terraces apartment.

The masked men, San Diego police said in news release, forced their way into the front door of an apartment in the 7800 block of Paradise Valley Road at about 4:30 a.m.

Once inside, the suspects confronted and restrained two male residents at knifepoint and ransacked the apartment. They left with an undisclosed amount of money, police said.

The men were last seen running westbound from the apartment complex’s parking lot.

The victims told police that the robbers wore black ski masks and dark clothing and may have been Hispanic adults. The suspects had not been located and no arrests had been made as of early Saturday afternoon.

Robbery detectives are investigating the Bay Terraces case. Anyone with information is encouraged to call the San Diego police Robbery Unit or Crime Stoppers at 888-580-8477.
