TUSTIN, CA — A two-alarm residential fire injured a woman Tuesday in Tustin.
Orange County Fire Authority firefighters were called at around 1 a.m. Tuesday to the 13000 block of Marshall Lane and Fairhaven Avenue regarding reports of a fire, firefighters said.

Just after 1:00 AM, our crews responded to a home engulfed in flames in Tustin, with fire threatening to spread to neighboring homes on both sides and to the rear.

Fire crews worked around three vehicles parked in front of the building as flames leaped through the home’s roof, which at some point collapsed.
The fire threatened three nearby buildings, so fire crews took a defensive position in front of the residence to prevent the flames from extending to them.
The cause of the blaze is under investigation.
The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition.
