FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and a local organization is hosting an annual community event.
The Fresno Council on Child Abuse Prevention works to respond and stop mistreatment, violence and neglect.
Executive director Esther Franco joined us to discuss the impact of child abuse in our communities and the services that are offered.
The annual Child Abuse Prevention Convening is happening on April 8 at the Sunnyside Country Club.
