San Jose police arrested a man Friday who they suspect shot his wife to death inside their home on Don Seville Court.

At about 6 p.m. Friday, officers were sent to the 400 block of Don Seville Court to investigate multiple reports of a shooting.

When they arrived, officers contacted the suspect, who then came outside and was arrested without a struggle, police said.

Officers then searched the home and found a woman who had been shot at least once and later died at the hospital.

The motive and circumstances surrounding the killing are still under investigation, police said.

The suspect, whose name wasn’t released, was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail on suspicion of homicide, according to police.
