Now that Disney has released the important D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event details for this year’s event, here is everything you need to know to attend. D23 is August 14-16, 2026, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

Full-Day: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday through Sunday

Afternoon Only: 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday through Sunday
Reservations for Anaheim Convention CenterDue to the popularity of events at D23, the Anaheim Convention Center presentations and experiences are part of a Reservation Random Selection Process. This puts guests into a randomized selector to get spots at their desired event. D23

Guests are able to select shows or presentations for themselves and up to five others. All guests must have a valid, activated D23 badge to check in for their reservation, and guests must be 18 or older to make a reservation.

July 20, 12 p.m.: RSP selection begins. Guests must choose and then rank their preferred events.

July 24, 12 p.m.: RSP selection closes.

August 7: Guests receive their reservation assignments via email.

It may take a few days to receive your confirmation.

Please note: only passholders with the D23 Ultimate Fan Pass and D23 Ultimate Preferred Fan Pass may access the center.

Showcase presentations during D23 take place at the Honda Center. There are three events taking place here, and the doors open two hours before each presentation begins. No reservations or standby queues are required for the showcase presentation events.

The recommendation is to arrive at least 90 minutes before the show, as there is security screening upon entering the center.

There are security screenings at both the Anaheim Convention Center and the Honda Center. While the convention center allows bags, the Honda Center does not. So be aware of these rules before you head over for any of the showcases:

Standard bags: maximum 5″ x 9″ x 2″

Medical and diaper bags: maximum 12″ x 12″ x 12″

For this year’s event, there are new parking structures at the Honda Center that guests can use. Parking at these structures is free. There will be area shuttles available to utilize as well, but guests should be advised that the ART buses are no longer running.

Event Ticket SalesA priority purchase window for D23 Gold Members on Essential, Choice, and Complete plans will start on Thursday, April 2, at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET. All other D23 Gold Members will be able to join the queue at 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET that same day.

Disney has announced the D23 Gold Member ticket sale date for D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event coming to Anaheim, California, in August 2026. Ticket access will roll out in tiers. Tickets for the event will go on sale beginning Tuesday, March 31, at 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET for current D23 Gold Charter Members during an exclusive 24-hour window.
