The Los Angeles Dodgers are back on the calendar.

MLB regular-season action is getting underway for every team on Opening Day, with the reigning champions aiming to start 1-0.

Los Angeles is hosting the Arizona Diamondbacks in an early NL West matchup. Geraldo Perdomo hit a two-run homer off Yoshinobu Yamamoto in the top of the fourth to seize a 2-0 lead.

Yamamoto is the starter on the mound for L.A., while Zac Gallen is Arizona’s first pitcher. Shohei Ohtani is leading the way at DH.
