FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Fresno police say they are investigating a homicide in Northwest Fresno.
It happened around 5:50 p.m. on Sunday near Shaw and Dale avenues east of Highway 99 in the Starbucks parking lot.
Officers say when they arrived, they found a man with a gunshot wound to the chest.
Medical aid was provided but the victim died from his injuries.
A large portion of the area is taped off and will be closed for several hours.
The identity of the victim and information about a suspect have not been released.
