Man seriously injured after Sacramento shooting, police say

A man is in the hospital after being shot, the Sacramento Police Department said Monday.Officers just before 10 p.m. Sunday went to Florin Road by 24th Street for reports of a shooting, police said. There, they found a man with at least one gunshot wound.Police said he was taken to the hospital and has serious injuries. With the help of an air unit, officers found a person wanted in connection with the shooting. They also found a firearm nearby.Details were not released on what led to the shooting, whether the two knew each other or whether anyone else is still wanted for the attack.
