Location plays a key role in our health. Living in San Diego gives us an advantage over most cities in the U.S. according to a new study from Wallethub.
San Diego ranks as the second healthiest city in the U.S. right behind San Francisco.
The study looked at health care, diet, fitness and green space. Each city’s performance across all metrics was then combined into a weighted average score, which was used to produce the final rankings.
San Diego came in near the top, due to its low obesity rates, access to outdoor activities and strong wellness infrastructure.
