A windsurfer collided with a whale in the San Francisco Bay on Tuesday, March 24, footage filmed from Crissy Field Beach shows.
Thomas Bauer told Storyful that he had been taking videos of the whale, which had been in the area for about a week, when he captured the incident.
Footage filmed by Bauer shows the speedy windsurfer colliding with the surfacing whale, launching him off his board.
