The San Diego County Water Authority has announced the sale of water to the Western Municipal Water District that covers parts of Riverside County, including Temecula.
The Voice of San Diego reports the water authority is voting on Wednesday on selling more water to another part of Riverside County, the Eastern Municipal Water District.
This is the district the two agencies in San Diego County, Fallbrook and Rainbow, left to join two years ago because of rising costs.
