BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — One of two suspects accused of setting a 62-year-old woman on fire and killing her appeared in a Kern County courtroom for an arraignment on Wednesday.

Daniel Graham and Misha Allen are accused of killing Roxana Jo Kelley in August 2025 on State Road. Court documents say Kelly was found tied inside her trailer after it caught fire.

Graham pleaded not guilty. Allen did not appear in court, and her arraignment was delayed until Thursday.
