Fire crews respond to 2-alarm structure fire in Northwest Fresno

Fire crews are on the scene of a two-alarm structure fire.

It was reported at about 2 p.m. on Ashlan and Blackstone avenues.

Crews are still on scene at the strip mall where there is a clothing store, a 7/11 convenience store and a barber shop.

The businesses have been evacuated.

There’s no word on any injuries or the cause of the fire.

Drivers will want to avoid that area of Blackstone Avenue due to possible traffic delays.
