VISALIA, Calif. (KFSN) — Minor League Baseball returns Friday night to the Valley!
The Visalia Rawhide will take on the Fresno Grizzlies for Opening Day.
The two ball clubs will be part of the new “Highway 99 Rivalry Series,” which is a new season-long competition that will spotlight the Central Valley’s two baseball clubs.
At stake each season will be a new, custom-designed Highway 99 Rivalry Trophy, awarded to the team that wins the season series.
The first game of the season takes place Friday at Valley Strong Ballpark on Giddings Street. First pitch is at 7:05 pm.
