FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Fresno State is preparing to open a Dunkin’ Donuts in the center of the campus.

Dunkin’ Donuts will be the newest dining option available for students at the University Center.

The Dunkin’ Donuts will be located where the Taco Bell Express used to be, in the lower level of the University Center.

Campus officials expect a soft launch on October 21st.

The Dunkin’ will offer the full menu options and be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays.

Megan Sarantos Director of Dining Services, said she anticipates hiring 25 to 35 student staff members to run the location.

Dunkin’ announced that it plans to open 26 new restaurants throughout Fresno and San Francisco over the next several years.
