A violent altercation involving a group of juveniles left three people stabbed on Thursday at River Park in Fresno.
Officers responded to reports of a large disturbance shortly after 10 p.m., where approximately 10 individuals were believed to be involved in a fight.
As police were en route, additional calls indicated that multiple people had been stabbed.
When officers arrived, they discovered one stabbing victim at the scene, according to Fresno Police Lt. Justin Hoagland said.
Two additional victims had already been driven away by others in a vehicle before pulling over at the intersection of Blackstone and Nees, where they called 911 and waited for help.
Hoagland later confirmed all three victims were injured in the same incident, specifically in the upper torso.
Police identified the victims as a female juvenile and two male juveniles.

Two of the victims are in stable condition and expected to survive. The other male juvenile remains in critical condition and underwent surgery, Hoagland said.
Investigators say the violence appears to have stemmed from a fight between two groups of 10 juveniles.
Hoagland said it remains unclear whether one person or multiple individuals were responsible for the stabbings.
No weapon has been recovered, though authorities believe a sharp instrument was used.
Two individuals, believed to be between the ages of 13 and 15, have been detained. Their exact involvement remains under investigation.
Police say the stabbing occurred in an access roadway near the shopping and entertainment area, not inside a movie theater.
Detectives are canvassing the area for surveillance footage to determine how the fight began and whether there was any prior conflict between the groups.
Officials have not yet determined if the incident is gang-related.
Hoagland said one person reported being punched during the altercation, but did not suffer stab wounds.
