It’s a mild morning to start the workweek with temperatures in the 60s and low 70s. Highs will climb to the mid to low 90s here in the valley this afternoon. Light offshore winds will also develop as high pressure continues to rise through the beginning of the week.

As temperatures continue to stay well above average across the area, some heat advisories will go into effect for our friends ot the west. These heat advisories will be in place for many communities to the west, including the Inland Empire, the LA basin, and inland San Diego County. It takes effect at 11:00 AM on Tuesday.

Temperatures will remain in the 90s this whole week. The average high for today is 87°F, so we are staying solidly above the seasonal average. Even late this week for Halloween and this weekend to start the month of November, we will still see these warm temperatures.
