A man was stabbed and a woman was detained Monday at a home in Fresno.
Officers responded to the residence near Lamona Avenue and Fresno Street at about 7:15 p.m.
Upon arrival, they found a man suffering from a stab wound to his arm, Fresno Police Lt. Zeb Price said.
He was taken to a hospital and is expected to recover.
A woman at the scene was detained, Price said.
Authorities say the circumstances leading up to the stabbing remain under investigation.
