OAKLAND CITY, Ind. (WEVV) — Drivers are being urged to avoid a busy intersection in Oakland City as crews work to repair a water main break.
According to the Gipson County Sheriff’s Office, Morton Street at West Street is expected to have lane restrictions for approximately four hours due to the ongoing repair work.
Oakland City Police also issued an advisory asking motorists to steer clear of the area while crews address the issue. The lane closure is anticipated to last several hours as workers make necessary repairs to the damaged water main.
