Homicide investigation underway after body of man found in Mission Valley – San Diego Union-Tribune

San Diego homicide detectives are investigating after the body of a man was found in Mission Valley early Wednesday morning.

Officers were called to Fashion Valley Road and River Walk Drive, in T + C Park area near the Town and Country Resort, shortly before 12:25 a.m. after someone spotted a man on the ground, said police Officer David O’Brien.

The man had been stabbed multiple times, police said. He has not yet been identified, police said.

No arrests have been made, O’Brien said. No other information was immediately released.
