Los Angeles police are seeking the public’s help in finding a man who they believe stabbed his parents in Woodland Hills earlier this week.
Officers responded to a call about a stabbing in the 20500 block of Ventura Boulevard on Monday around 11 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Police Department. When they arrived, they found two people with multiple stab wounds.
Investigators say the suspect, identified by police as 32-year-old Adam Courtney Brown, stabbed his parents, resulting in life-threatening injuries. Both victims were taken to the hospital, police said.
According to police, Brown left on foot and is considered armed and dangerous. He has possible ties to the Palmdale, Hollywood and Woodland Hills areas, and is known to use public transportation around the county, LAPD said.
Anyone who sees Brown should not approach him and should call 911, police said.
