BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Kern Secret Witness is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest of a case involving a Bakersfield man found dead on Vandenberg Air Force Base in May 2022.

Charles Prunty, 68 at the time, was found in May 2022. He was last seen alive on April 9, 2021.

Prunty’s murder is under investigation by the Airforce Office of Special Investigations.
