FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — The Central Valley got an early taste of an upcoming storm Thursday evening as lightning and a funnel cloud appeared in the sky.

The National Weather Service Hanford posted the video below of a funnel cloud taken by Mary Luna near Firebaugh around 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
Spotty showers and isolated thunderstorms are likely Friday through Sunday. An Accuweather Alert is also in place for a Winter Storm Warning in the Sierra.
