Fourteen games into the season, the Padres have yet to repeat a lineup even once this season.
Ramón Laureano is returning from a day off to lead off for the fifth time this season in Friday’s 6:40 p.m. game against the Colorado Rockies.

The rest of the lineup is almost the same as the one trotted out Tuesday in a loss at Pittsburgh, save for Luis Campusano getting the start behind the plate and in the eight-hole instead of Freddy Fermin.
Campusano (.734 OPS) came off the bench on Thursday to hit a game-tying double, extending his hitting streak to four games since his double off the Green Monster a week ago.
Campusano is now hitting .267/.267/.467 with three doubles and three RBIs.
Laureano struck out as a pinch-hitter in Thursday’s walk-off win. Before that, he was hitting .158/.158/.211 in four games as the Padres (7-6) continue to search for a leadoff hitter.
Fernando Tatis Jr. (.558 OPS) is in the two-hole, followed by Jackson Merrill (.606 OPS), Manny Machado (.734 OPS) and shortstop Xander Bogaerts (.670 OPS).
First baseman Gavin Sheets (.609 OPS) will hit sixth, followed by designated hitter Miguel Andujar (.797 OPS), Campusano and second baseman Jake Cronenworth (.530 OPS).
The Padres are expected to activate Jason Adam (quad) from the 15-day injured list, which will require a corresponding move.
The Rockies (6-7) have not yet announced their lineup.
Friday’s pitching matchup
Rockies RHP Tomoyuki Sugano (1-0, 1.69 ERA)
The former Oriole has allowed two runs on six hits and three walks over 10⅔ innings to start his Rockies stint. He has struck out nine and allowed two homers. Last year, Sugano allowed an AL-worst 33 homers in 157 innings. This is Sugano’s first appearance against the Padres.
The only Padres with history with Sugano were in the AL last year:
C Freddy Fermin (0-for-2)
1B Ty France (0-for-1)
Padres RHP Walker Buehler (0-1, 9.45 ERA)
The two-time All-Star has allowed seven runs on eight hits and five walks in 6⅔ innings in his first two starts with the Padres. Opponents have a .733 OPS the first time through the order against Buehler and a 1.299 OPS the second time they face him. Buehler has a 4.71 ERA in 116⅔ innings in his career against the Rockies.
Here is how Buehler has fared against current Rockies:
