An active bomb threat investigation is currently ongoing at St. Jude Providence Medical Center in Fullerton located at East Bastanchury Road and North Harbor Boulevard.
The threat was reported by the hospital to Fullerton Police Department Dispatch at 2:05 p.m., according to Kristy Wells, Fullerton PD public information specialist, in an email to the Daily Titan.
According to the email, there are no evacuations and investigations are ongoing.
The threat was announced on the Fullerton PD’s Instagram page around 3 p.m., requesting that residents avoid the area to allow police to conduct an investigation.
On Nov. 17, 2025, Fullerton received five bomb threats in one day, with St. Jude’s Medical Center Emergency Room at the same hospital being targeted.
Several schools were targeted the same day, with Sunny Hills High School, Fullerton Union High School, Troy High School and Fern Drive Elementary School all receiving threats.
Because of Cal State Fullerton’s proximity to several of the high schools, particularly Troy High School, students were warned to avoid the area.
Less than two weeks later on Nov. 30, St. Jude Providence Medical Center received another bomb threat.
The threat stated that there were “multiple bombs at a ‘St. Jude Hospital Child Research Center,'” despite there being no children’s hospital owned by St. Jude in the city of Fullerton.
