San Diego offered a sunny, surfy, baseball-packed backdrop last weekend as thousands of coffee professionals from around the world descended on the Specialty Coffee Association’s World of Coffee trade show.
Running April 10-12, the event saw the crowning of a new World Latte Art Champion, Bala of Taiwan. There were also numerous Coffee Design Awards winners and Best New Product Awards winners, including People’s Choice winner the Satellite Coffee Guard by Thailand-based Squeaky.
While our heads are still spinning from the shiny new products, blinged-out booths, compelling seminars, brilliant cuppings, parties, meetings and conversations galore, we’ll be filling these digital pages with much more coverage from the event in the days to come.
