TULARE, Calif. (KFSN) — The International Agri-Center is hoping to expand with a proposed on-site hotel in Tulare County.
The Agri-Center is officially seeking qualified developers to design, construct and operate the proposed hotel.
Officials say the hotel would better serve the thousands of guests who attend events and conferences each year, including the World Ag Expo.
Submissions will be evaluated based on design, financial feasibility, and experience.
There is still no timetable of when the hotel would be completed.
