Bakersfield PD sees increase in 911 calls, arrests from February to March 2026

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Bakersfield Police Department saw an increase in 911 calls and arrests from February 2026 to March 2026.

According to the Bakersfield Police Department crime statistics, the police department received 24,141 911 calls in March and 19,661 calls in February.

In March, 1,069 arrests were made and in February, 976 arrests were made.
