A local artist is putting the final touches on a piece honoring two Bay Area figure skating legends in Oakland.
On the walls of the Oakland Ice Center, home of Olympic gold medalist and Oakland native Alysa Liu, mural artist Julie Engelmann paid tribute to the two icons.
