Oakland County Executive David Coulter will be giving an update to residents on the economic forecast for the county this week.

The 41st Annual Oakland County Economic Outlook is10 a.m. Wednesday, April 22, at the Vibe Credit Union Showplace (formerly Suburban Collection Showplace) in Novi.

Gabriel Ehrlich, director of the University of Michigan Research Seminar in Quantitative Economics will present how Oakland County is navigating national and global uncertainties such as continued trade tensions and higher energy costs due to the war with Iran.

Joining Coulter and Ehrlich will be Dom Holmes, the county’s director of economic development and other business, education and workforce leaders. A luncheon will follow the news conference.
