The San Francisco Decorator Showcase returns for the 47th year, this time taking over a historic 1897 Queen Anne-style Victorian in Pacific Heights. The month-long event benefiting San Francisco University High School brings you inside a new home each season with rooms carefully re-imagined by different designers.
The residence at 2315 Broadway offering nearly 10,000 square feet for this year’s canvas was built in 1897 by architect Moses J. Lyon for the Anspacher family and then lovingly cared for by architect Herbert P. McLaughlin. The house is iconically San Francisco, with gloriously preserved architecture and views of the Golden Gate Bridge.
Stephanie Yee, the executive director of San Francisco Decorator Showcase, said that the 2026 designers selected represent “both established voices and newer talent, each bringing a distinct point of view to the home’s next chapter.”
Among the firms participating this year are Kendall Wilkinson Design, creating a striking first impression with the foyer; Martinelli Design, landscaping the near garden; and Tineke Triggs Interiors, with a take on the kitchen and family room.
