Jury selection has begun for the murder trial of Larry Millete. Nearly 90 prospective jurors showed up to the Chula Vista Courthouse Monday for consideration.
The selection process involves filling out a questionnaire created by the court and attorneys on both sides.
Prospects will also be questioned about their background, feelings on policing, crimes or if they know the involved parties.
Millete is accused of killing his wife, Maya, who’s body has never been found. The trial is expected to last about three months.
