A one-alarm blaze hit a residential building early Wednesday morning in San Francisco’s Stonestown neighborhood before crews brought it under control, with no injuries or displacements reported, fire officials said.

In a social media post around 4:10 a.m., the San Francisco Fire Department said crews responded to reports of a fire inside the residential building in the 100 block of Stonecrest Drive.

They confirmed the fire was contained to the structure before bringing it under control.

The department released photos of firefighters working in and out of the building, with a portable fan and ladder positioned near the entrance.

Fire officials advised motorists to avoid the area between Junipero Serra Boulevard and Winston Drive while emergency vehicles are in the vicinity.

No further details about the cause were immediately available.
