TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Topeka police responded to an incident mid-morning Wednesday in the city’s Oakland neighborhood.
Officers were sent around 10:20 a.m. Wednesday to an alley of the 600 block of N.E. Grattan.
Topeka police officials said officers responded to a report of a “medical call.”

Topeka Police Department officials said officers responding to the scene located “two unresponsive individuals.”
Multiple police units were on the scene.
