BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office identified a 62-year-old man who died in a crash on West Rosamond Boulevard on April 15.
Coroner officials said Manuel Milton Rand was involved in a crash on April 15 around 2:44 p.m.
Rand was the driver of a vehicle that left the road in the 16000 block of West Rosamond Boulevard. He died at the scene, according to the coroner’s office.
