Anaheim Ducks
Ducks captain Radko Gudas will not be in the lineup for Wednesday’s Game 2 against the Edmonton Oilers.
He is considered day-to-day.
The veteran defenceman missed the last two games of the regular season, and 13 of the last 17 games, with a lower-body injury.
Gudas received only 9:40 of ice time during Monday’s 4-3 loss in Game 1, falling over during an Edmonton rush in the third period that led to the tying goal.
The 35-year-old native of Czechia had two goals and 11 assists over 56 games during the regular season.
Drew Helleson, 25, will draw in for Gudas. The American had two goals and 13 assists over 60 games in 2025-26.
Edmonton Oilers
Oilers rookie Joshua Samanski will make playoff debut on Wednesday in Game 2 of their opening series against the visiting Anaheim Ducks, replacing veteran forward Adam Henrique.
Forward Jason Dickinson, who scored twice in Edmonton’s 4-3 win in Game 1, was not on the ice for the morning skate and will be a game-time decision for Game 2.

Samanski skated on a line with Trent Frederic and Colton Dach during the morning skate.
The 24-year-old German forward produced two goals and two assists over 24 games with the Oilers in 2025-26, his first campaign in the NHL.
The 36-year-old Henrique only played 2:56 of ice time in Game 1. He tallied three goals and 12 assists over 65 games during a disappointing 2025-26 season.
Dickinson, 30, has seven goals and 10 assists over 64 games split between the Chicago Blackhawks and Oilers this season.
Minnesota Wild
Forwards Mats Zuccarello and Yakov Trenin will both be game-time decisions for Wednesday’s Game 3 against the visiting Dallas Stars.

Trenin, 29, suffered his upper-body in Game 2. He hasn’t recorded a point in two playoff games this spring after producing six goals and 17 assists over 82 games during the regular season.
Nico Sturm will be in the lineup if needed. The 30-year-old netted five goals and six assists over 49 games during the regular season.
The best-of-seven series is tied at a game apiece.
