SANTA ANA, CA — Two men are dead Monday in Santa Ana after they were killed in what police believe was a gang-related shooting.

Santa Ana Police Department responded at 8:55 p.m. Sunday to the area of Borchard Avenue and Shelton Street regarding multiple reports of shots fired.

Upon arrival, officers found three men suffering from gunshot wounds, the department said in a statement.

One of the victims was pronounced dead at the scene and a second victim was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead, police said.

The third victim was taken to a hospital and is reportedly in stable condition.

There was no suspect information, but the shooting appears to be gang-related, police said.
