KCSO seeking help locating man who went missing in January

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — The Kern County Sheriff’s Office is asking for public help in locating a missing man.

Miguel Reynaldo Martinez was last seen on Jan. 3, 2026, wearing a black sweater, shorts, Nike shoes and a hat.

Martinez is 47 years old, about 5 feet and 8 inches tall and 210 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

He has two tattoos: A “19” on his left leg and “78” on the right leg.

Anyone with information about Martinez’s whereabouts is encouraged to contact the Kern County Sheriff’s Office at 661-861-3110 or the Secret Witness Line at 661-322-4040.
