Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a 56-year-old Waterford Township woman missing for the past several days.

Julie Jaworowski left home on foot on April 22 at around 2:40 p.m., according to a news release issued by Waterford Police Chief Scott Underwood. Jaworowski did not take her phone, medication or wallet with her.

It’s not uncommon for Jaworowski to take long walks but she never stays away overnight, Underwood stated.

When she went missing, Jaworowski was wearing a gray sweatshirt, black leggings and gray/pink tennis shoes. Her last known whereabouts was Silver Lake Road near Walton Boulevard, where she was seen walking, Underwood stated.

Anyone with information on Jaworowski’s whereabouts is asked to call the Waterford Police Detective Austin Moll at 248-618-6142 or the Waterford Police Department at 248-618-7550.
